How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your account profile, email, phone number, and transaction history for as long as your budi4d account is active and for a minimum of 5 years after closure for regulatory and tax compliance. Identity documents (ID scans, address proofs, selfies) are kept for 7 years after your final withdrawal, as required by anti-money-laundering law in most jurisdictions.
Gameplay records, including spin history, tournament participation, and bet details, are retained for 5 years to handle any disputes over winnings or account balances. After these retention periods expire, we permanently delete your data unless applicable law requires us to retain it longer.
We do not sell your budi4d account data, gameplay history, or personal information to marketers, advertisers, or any other third party.
Your Rights and Cookies on budi4d
We respect your rights over your personal data. You have the right to request a copy of all data we hold about you.
